the decor at Cubanito is almost charming, but the claustrophobic pool area woudl ve been a disaster for anyone wanting space. And there should’ve been complimentary water daily. instead, I got charged €5 for a single tiny bottle. I was hoping for a nice upgrade after all that, but clearly, treating me like everyone else was a priority here.

The pool is a real dip pool—way too small for any serious swimming or lounging. the frequent and repetitive Cuban music was a bit much after a few days, and you'd better be prepared for loud sounds from the thin walls as other guests enjoy their time. Dining options didn't wow. the food quality compared to the prices didn't add up, and it was disappointing not to have more vegan choices on the menu. Plus, the shower could be temperamental, swapping between cold and non-existent water at times, which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing getaway.
